Breast Augmentation - Pre Op

Staying active and cardiovascularly fit before your breast augmentation surgery is one of the best things you can do for your recovery. This video from your wellness team sets the foundation — reminding you that the work you put in before surgery pays off in how quickly and comfortably you heal. Keep moving, keep training, and trust the process.

Equipment Needed Yoga Mat (optional)
Gentle breathing and seated movement only. This is your time to rest and let your body begin healing.

Breast Augmentation - Post Op

This post-op video series guides you through a carefully sequenced return to movement after breast augmentation — starting with gentle stretches to keep your body comfortable and mobile, then progressing to targeted back strengthening and core work, before reintroducing chest exercises with light weights. Each video builds on the last. Take your time, honor where your body is, and progress only when you feel ready.
